The Be Kind to Your Mind project is a multi-strategy approach using mass media strategies and community-based mental health promotion activities. It features a 30 second television commercial, radio advertising and local press to convey key messages around themes such as, life balance, social support and connectedness. The television and radio advertising aired across North Queensland between July - November 2006. Television community service announcements will also be aired for 12 months between July 2006 - June 2007.
