How to ask for help

There is no such thing as a silly question. What worries one mother is probably something many other parents worry about as well.
As there are many different places to go for health advice, it is important that mothers choose the best place to go for their concern. This could change depending on circumstances or the time of day (or night ) they are looking for help. Some suggestions for mothers to get the help they need are:
