We're all different and to that end, BreastScreen Queensland has developed its policies, programs and services to cater to a broad group of women with varying needs and expectations. For example, we have:
- Introduced services that are culturally sensitive and appropriate
- Undertake regular research to keep informed of our target market's likes and dislikes
- Regularly review our performance and are active in making improvements, and
- support participative decision-making through our consumer reference groups across the State
The women on our website and resources are not paid models but real clients and staff committed to improving women's health and wellbeing.
