Clinical advisory groups
The planning process for the QCH will be as open and inclusive as possible. To this end, clinical advisory groups will be established on each site. Their role and function will change as the project progresses.
|
Initially, these groups share information and provide an opportunity for people to raise issues, questions or to express their opinions.
As the project progresses into the service planning phase, the clinical advisory groups will merge into one group and act as a reference point for cross checking the planning assumptions being made.
It is essential that clinicians are involved in this process.
