Communication Clearly, with a project such as this, effective and continuing communication will be central to the success of the project. We need to keep our staff, patients, families, volunteers and other supporters, as well as the broader community informed of the progress of planning. Along the way active engagement of key stakeholders in Stakeholder Advisory Panel (NGO's), Youth Advisory Forum, Family Advisory Council and other forums will keep the project in touch with important clients and partners. |
