Development Area

The Queensland Children's Hospital State Development Area was declared by the Governor in Council on 12 June, 2008. Information on the Queensland Children's Hospital State Development Area can be found at http://www.dip.qld.gov.au/land/queensland-children-s-hospital-state-development-area.html.

Department of Infrastructure and Planning are dealing with land acquisitions required for the Queensland Children's Hospital development within the Queensland Children's Hospital State Development Area. Department of Infrastructure and Planning have contacted all affected land owners and provided information and contact details specific to their needs.

Affected land owners should direct any queries to their specific contact person in the first instance, or the Department of Infrastructure and Planning, Land Acquisition Division team on (07) 3405 4046.

If affected land owners have matters which have not been addressed, their contact person can provide alternative options to progress the matter, or they can contact the Director, Land Acquisition Projects on (07) 3224 8988.
