Project Coordination and Management

Early in the life of the Queensland Children's Hospital Development Project a Queensland Children's Hospital Project Coordination and Management Committee was responsible for the day to day progress of all matters relating to service planning, human resource management and workforce matters, communication and consultation, and business planning in relation to the project.  The committee reported to and took direction from the QCH Strategic Advisory Committee.

From August 2007, the QCH Development Project entered a new phase with the appointment of project consultants.

At that stage, the interim Project Coordination and Management Committee was replaced by two new coordination and management teams:

Project Delivery Committee (PDC)

Project Coordination Group (PCG).
