This commitment includes adopting a screening, education and immunisation policy that minimises the risk to HCWs against vaccine preventable illnesses that may occur in the workplace.
The Centre for Healthcare Related Infection Surveillance and Prevention (CHRISP) Staff Protect program is designed to reduce HCW exposure to vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) in the workplace by facilitating effective risk-based immunisation programs.
