This site is designed to keep you informed about Queensland and Commonwealth government funded mental health initiatives under COAG. This site will bring together up-to-date information on the implementation of mental health initiatives funded under COAG in Queensland.
The Queensland COAG Mental Health Group provides a forum for oversight and collaboration on how the diverse initiatives put forward by the Commonwealth, States and Territories will fit together and be delivered as a coordinated package. The group brings together representatives from Queensland and Commonwealth government departments with responsibility for and expertise in mental health policy and service delivery. It also includes representation from key stakeholder groups, including general practice, private psychiatrists, non-government organisations, and consumers and carers.
