The Committee was established in August 2006. The Committee determines and manages the safety and quality strategy that supports evidence-based practice, the use of information in providing effective healthcare, and standardisation of processes and practices as appropriate. A Communique is issued following each monthly meeting to keep stakeholders up to date.
