What tactical eReferral delivers?

GP's are provided with an electronic standardised referral template that can be installed directly into their clinical software. The template has been developed by GPQ and is available in:

- Medical Director 2 and 3
- Best Practice
- Practix
- Genie

To securely transmit the completed referral to Queensland Health Specialist Outpatient Departments, GP's can use their existing Messaging Agent.

Queensland Health Specialist Outpatient Departments have the capability to receive, view and print the referral.

Who can use the tactical eReferral solution?

All General Practitioners who use Medical Director, Best Practice, Practix or Genie can implement and use the Tactical eReferral template.

All Queensland Health Specialist Outpatient Departments which have Secure Transfer Service capability can receive the referral electronically.
