This program is an opportunity for ENs, RNs and Midwives to gain rural and remote nursing experience through a fully supported transition program over 6 months that includes specialised:

• clinically focused workshops
• lectures/tutorials
• problem based learning scenarios
• on-line modules
• simulated clinical skills as determined by the program and;
• individual professional and clinical mentoring
