The Queensland Health Management Capability Framework

The Queensland Health Management Capability Framework was endorsed in 2008 as the standard for management competencies in the organisation at three levels, across both people and business management skill areas. The Training and Development Team at the Cunningham Centre have developed and deliver Level 1 Management Programs, and coordinate the delivery of Level 2 Management Programs for the Souther Area Health Service.

Communication, Leadership and Supervisor Skills (CLaSS)

Communication, Leadership and Supervisor Skills (CLaSS) Workshops are a suite of half or one day professional development experiences offered by the Training Development team. These programs provide focussed opportunities for staff to enhance their workplace skills, and can contribute to better workplace culture. Enquiries regarding any of these programs should be directed to the Client Support Officer.

Accredited Courses

The Training and Development team manage the Cunningham Centre's scope of registration as a Registered Training Organisation delivering Nationally Recognised Training. The following accredited courses are on the Cunningham Centre's scope of registration. Enquiries regarding any of these programs should be directed to Client Support Officer.
