This site provides information for staff covered by the Queensland Health Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services Certified Agreement (No.4) 2008 (known as the BEMS EB4).
This agreement covers building, engineering and maintenance services employees employed under the following Awards:
The BEMS EB4 was certified in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission on 2 March 2009 and the agreement nominally expires on 31 August 2011.
Oversight of the implementation of the agreement is the responsibility of the BEMS State Bargaining Unit (SBU), comprising representation of the parties listed in the agreement. The BEMS SBU monitors implementation of the agreement through regular meetings.
