This site is designed for staff covered by the Queensland Public Health Sector Certified Agreement (No. 6) 2005 (known as EB6) to provide updates on the progress being made in negotiating a replacement agreement (EB7) during the course of 2008.
EB6, its subsidiary agreements and the administratively applied agreement for professional, technical and dental officers nominally expire on 31 August 2008. Over the coming months, Queensland Health and unions will be considering and negotiating on a range of issues for inclusion in the new agreement.
The replacement agreement, referred to as simply EB7, will apply to all employees including those employed in Corporate Office, in the following employment categories:
