This site is designed to provide information for staff covered by the Queensland Public Health Sector Certified Agreement (No.7) 2008 (known as EB7).
This agreement covers the following staff in health service districts, statewide services and corporate office:
EB7 was certified in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission on 29 January 2009 and the agreement nominally expires on 31 August 2011.
Oversight of the implementation of the agreement is the responsibility of the EB7 Implementation Group, comprising representation of the parties listed in clause 1.3 of the agreement. The first meeting of the EB7 Implementation Group was held on 26 February 2009 and will continue to meet on a monthly basis for the duration of the agreement. The EB7 Implementation Group monitors implementation of the agreement through an EB7 Implementation Reporting Plan.
