The Medical Officers' (Queensland Health) Certified Agreement (No.2) 2009 (MOCA2) was certified by the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission on 16 November 2009.
MOCA2 replaces the existing Medical Officers' (Queensland Health) Certified Agreement (No.1) 2005 (MOCA1). MOCA2 has a nominal expiry date of 31 May 2012.
