Salaried Medical Officers Agreement - Certified
The Medical Officers' (Queensland Health) Certified Agreement (No.2) 2009 (MOCA2) was successfully certified by the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC) on 16 November 2009.
MOCA2 replaces the existing Medical Officers' (Queensland Health) Certified Agreement (No.1) 2005 (MOCA1) and it has a nominal expiry date of 31 May 2012.
Queensland Health will now proceed with implementing the MOCA2, including the payment of applicable sign-on payments and relevant wage increases from 1 June 2009.
