Queensland Health is leading the nation by offering registered and enrolled nurses access to a professional development package. As a result of the Nursing Interest Based Bargaining (NIBB) negotiations for the Nurses EB6 agreement, a new professional development package for nurses was introduced, effective 1 January 2007.
