Clinicians will have access to more complete and accurate patient histories, thereby improving safety and reducing the likelihood of adverse events due to allergies and drug reactions and unnecessary duplication of tests such as pathology.

For collaboration

Patient information will be able to be shared between clinicians more easily – supporting greater collaboration and new models of care.

For the future

As populations continue to grow, age and increasingly be afflicted by chronic disease,  clinicians need access to the most efficient and effective systems and technologies to maximise clinician time spent in providing evidence based clinical care.
