Waste management public policy

The agencies responsible for developing public policy for Indigenous environmental health are:

Department of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Policy - DATSIP is responsible for policies involving Indigenous communities
Environmental Protection Agency - The EPA is responsible for the policies, laws, and regulations relating to waste management.
Queensland Health - The Environmental Health Branch provides advice on the health risks of different types of waste.
