The HACC logo is protected by Australia-wide copyright and unauthorised use is not permitted. A sub-licensing process is in place to enable HACC-funded agencies to use the logo in order to identify HACC-funded initiatives. The HACC logo is used on office stationery, publications, promotional materials and signage to recognise the HACC funding source.
HACC-funded vehicles are identified by the use of official HACC car decals ( stickers) available free from the HACC Resource Unit. A logo sublicence is not required to use HACC stickers on official HACC vehicles.
Queensland Health is licensed to the Commonwealth to use the HACC logo and issue sub-licences to approved applicants.
