The Home and Community Care (HACC) Program currently provides services to eligible Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through funded Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander service providers and mainstream services.

The HACC Program aims to strengthen its commitment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through culturally appropriate service delivery and the development of a HACC Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Service Development Plan.

This plan includes information and strategies on issues such as access, provision of appropriate and quality services, and sustainable outcomes to meet the diverse needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
