HACC INFORMATION STRATEGY

The HACC Resource Unit's Media and Communications Officer manages the HACC statewide information strategy, which is directed at service providers, government and non-government agencies, HACC target groups, and the general public. The strategy includes,

 

 

 

 

HACC Program Information and Publications & Promotional Materials ( including all HACC Brochures).

HACC Reporter/ Our Way - the Insider

The Media and Communications Officer edits and publishes the Reporter/Our Way - the Insider- the HACC Program's quarterly generic & Indigenous issues newsletter. It is circulated free of charge to over 1,100 organisations and individuals in Queensland and interstate, including all Queensland HACC service providers.

In-Touch newsfax

InTouch is an occasional newsfax that informs HACC service providers of high priority news such as funding round announcements or HACC Program governance requirements. To be added to the newsfax database service providers should phone ph: 31394653.

HACC Awareness Week

Held in the last week of August each year.

Events are organised in local communities and Free promotional items brochures & posters are available from the HACC Resource Unit to help agencies promote HACC services in their local area.
