HACC Resource Unit Services
The HACC Resource Unit is a HACC funded Statewide project located at the Chermside Community Health Centre, the Prince Charles Hospital and Health Service District, Brisbane.
The Unit is a statewide HACC service support facility with the dual roles of supporting HACC services and workforce development and the management of the HACC Program's statewide information strategy.
The unit team aims to
assist and support HACC service providers in providing high quality services to HACC clients
inform the wider Queensland Community about the HACC Program

Resource

HACC Falls Prevention program and other special resource development projects.
