The Home and Community Care (HACC) program provides funding to HACC service providers toward the cost of assets. The HACC program’s funding threshold for a Minor Capital Grant (excluding motor vehicles) is up to $50,000.
In support of the Department of Communities’ commitment to reduce red tape and administrative burden, the Minor Capital Grant Funding process was reviewed.
