HACC funded service providers are required to submit Financial and Performance reports to the HACC Program on a periodic basis.
These reports are used by the HACC Program to:
inform the Program of the extent to which purchased services are being delivered to clients
monitor expenditure of HACC Program funds by contracted organisations and
inform the Program of any difficulties/issues experience by organisations in the delivery of contracted services or in the management of HACC Program funds.
HACC service providers are required to submit financial and performance reports on a quarterly six-monthly or annual basis, depending on the amount of HACC funding received.
