The alert notice can be used to send to families when head lice are detected with in the school. Parents are asked to check their child's head and to complete the tear off section and return it to school the next day.
If the tear-off slip is not returned then the reminder letter can be sent home to parents to remind them that head lice are present in the school and they need to check their family.
