Demand Management Project

General information

Development of a framework for the allied health disciplines to facilitate service planning, determine service priorities and manage caseloads and waiting lists was a key recommendation of the Director-General’s Allied Health Recruitment and Retention Taskforce.

The Demand Management Project has piloted a Model for Demand Management, and subsequently produced a toolkit for Queensland Health allied health professionals for managing demand on community and outpatients services.
