Queensland Tobacco Laws
This website provides information on Queensland's tobacco legislation. General information is provided, as well as information specifically for liquor licensed premises and tobacco retailers. A summary of on-the-spot fines is also provided.

Alcohol and Drug Information Service (ADIS)
ADIS is a Queensland Health telephone service which operates 24 hrs a day. It provides confidential information, advice, counselling and referral to anyone who is concerned about their own drug use or somebody else’s drug use. Brochures and other written information about alcohol and other drugs are also available.

Queensland Drug Strategy 2006-2010
The strategy outlines Queensland Government activities that aim to reduce the harm associated with drug use.

National Tobacco Strategy 2004-2009
The National Tobacco Strategy is a policy framework for the Australian Government and State and Territory Governments to work together, and in collaboration with non-government agencies, to improve health and to reduce the social costs caused by tobacco.
