Health promoting schools…a second storybook of success stories
This second storybook shares the experiences of schools participating in the Health Promoting Schools Mentoring Project 2004-2008. They were mentored by seven schools which participated in the Western Gateway Health Promoting Schools Grant Scheme 1999-2002.
