The Queensland Injury Surveillance Unit (QISU) produces a regular Injury Bulletin which is a very useful resource for teachers and senior students.

School health guidelines to prevent unintentional injuries and violence
The Centre for  Disease Control and Prevention (USA) has produced these guidelines for preventing school based injury as well as for teaching the skills needed to promote safety and prevent unintentional injuries and violence while at home, at work, at play, in the community, and throughout life.
