Indicators are provided by month for the current financial year and the previous three financial years. Cumulative counts are also provided for some indicators for the current financial year and the previous financial year. Indicators for admitted patient episodes of care, non-admitted patient occasions of service, and indicators relating to unqualified newborns are provided for all Queensland public hospitals combined, Queensland Health Districts, and the top 32 hospitals (defined as the 32 public hospitals in Queensland with the highest number of separations; these comprise over 80% of all public hospital separations in Queensland). Admitted patient indicators relating to the proportion of same-day patients, cost weighted separations, acute separations and non-acute separations, the proportion of eligible public patients and accrued patient days are provided for top 32 hospitals only.
Monthly data are available in HTML graphs (with drill-down access to data) and EXCEL spreadsheets. Cumulative data by financial year are available in HTML graphs (with drill-down access to data) only. Click on the vertical bars or the legend to access the data from the graphs.
For episodes of care, occasions of service, accrued patient days, proportion of same-day and proportion of eligible public patients, monthly data are imputed by an estimation process where a hospital has not provided their data in time for publication.
Note: Oral Health data are not reported from the 1 July 2008.
