Bundaberg Hospital

Our patients' perception of care is a key component in ensuring the delivery of high quality care. Positive perceptions of care are associated with improved patient outcomes. The 2011 Emergency Department Patient Experience Survey results include a statewide and hospital specific snapshot of patient satisfaction among patients of public hospital emergency departments.
