Overview
Mount Isa Hospital is the only reporting hospital in the Mount Isa health district. It is an 83-bed hospital that services the rural and remote communities within north western Queensland and the Gulf of Carpentaria and provides specialist services in ear, nose and throat surgery, paediatrics, psychiatry, obstetrics and gynaecology.
