Industrial Relations Minister and Public Service Commission Chief Executive Directives
The Industrial Relations Minister and the Public Service Commission Chief Executive may issue Directives under Sections 53, 54 and 55 of the Public Service Act 2008.
(NOTE: HR Policy A1 - Queensland Health Employment Framework outlines details of which Directives apply to Queensland Health District Health Services)
Health Service Directives about specific employment conditions or arrangements for health service employees are issued by the Governor in Council under the Health Services Act 1991.
