Head of Power was clause 7.2.5 Indirect Employment Arrangements in the section 'Job Security and Contracting' of the Queensland Public Health Sector Certified Agreement (No.4) 2000 which lapsed as of 1 September 2002. Queensland Public Health Sector Certified Agreement (No.6) 2005 at part 6 outlines Queensland Health's commitment to Job Security and contracting arrangements, which are more comprehensive than the provisions in EB4.
