Health Services Purchasing and Logistics (HSPL) branch has a whole of Health responsibility for procurement policy, planning and contract arrangements for a range of commodities and services, covering medical consumables, health technology equipment and specialist health services provided by non-Government organisations on behalf of Queensland Health.  It provides an important eco-efficiency and carbon management leadership role to minimise the Queensland Health carbon footprint and energy consumption and demand.
