Identifying Intellectual Property About - How to identify when IP is created within the
course of employment with QH.

ownership of IP or appropriate rights to use IP when the IP is created by external

statements to use on copyright material created by QH employees within the course of
employment with QH.

QH IP Ownership Assessment Tool About - A tool to assist with the clarification of who
owns intellectual property (IP) created by QH employees.
3)
QH Invention Disclosure Form - Patents About - A confidential form for QH employees to
use to disclose potentially patentable inventions to QH. Enables QH to undertake an initial
evaluation to determine whether a patent application should be filed.
