The Unit's responsibilities are:

The purchase of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) goods and services under the Government Information Technology Conditions (GITC) framework;

Implementing and managing Standing Offer Arrangements for ICT goods and services;

Developing and implementing robust ICT procurement that complies with the Queensland Government's State Purchasing Policy (SPP) and Information Standard 13 - ICT Procurement; and
-
Providing purchasing and contract management advice and assistance.
