If you have a new product, the Clinical Product Advisory Committee will help facilitate a product trial and evaluation in a clinical environment, providing it satisfies the following conditions:

• If the product is to be used with patients, it MUST first have approval from the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).  The TGA website is http://www.tga.health.gov.au/
• Details will need to be available on how the product is to be used effectively
• Information on compliance with any Australian or International Product Standard that may be needed
• Any information on previous independent and/or clinical studies undertaken
