If you have a new product, the Clinical Product Advisory Committee will help facilitate a product trial and evaluation in a clinical environment, providing it satisfies the following conditions:

If the product is to be used with patients, it MUST first have approval from the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). The TGA website is

Details will need to be available on how the product is to be used effectively

Information on compliance with any Australian or International Product Standard that may be needed

Any information on previous independent and/or clinical studies undertaken
