- Chief Health Officer Report: The Health of Queenslanders 2008: Prevention of Chronic Disease
This is the second report in The Health of Queenslanders series of two-yearly reports from the Chief Health Officer to inform Queenslanders about the health status of the population, as described in the Queensland Health Action Plan 2005. The report includes selected population health indicators, which are standardised to monitor trends over time. The report also demonstrates the health differentials between Queenslanders.

This manual covers practice issues and guidelines for child, youth and family health practice. The manual will be a very valuable clinical practice tool and resource for new practitioners and will also provide a detailed reference tool for experienced Child Health Nurses.
