Former Appeals Court Judge, Geoffrey Davies QC has been appointed to lead the Queensland Public Hospitals Commission of Inquiry after the Supreme Court decision to end the Bundaberg Hospital Commission of Inquiry.
The terms of reference for the Inquiry are available in the media release issued by the Premier (Friday, September 23, 2005).
