Discharge from the penis

Some types of discharge from the penis are normal. These include the clear fluid that may drip from the penis when sexually excited (pre-cum) the ejaculate fluid itself (cum), and unused sperm that is released in semen during a "wet dream" which typically occurs whilst asleep at night.

Other discharge from the penis is usually a sign of a sexually transmissible infection.
