Many Queensland Health Community Health Services and some other community organisations offer Lighten Up programs. Frequency and timing of programs depends on individual health facility.
The best way to find out information about the next available program in your nearest location would be to contact area:
New programs are being added regularly. If you can't find a location near you, enquire at your nearest Community Health Centre. See the White Pages under Queensland Health.
A referral from a health professional is not required to attend the Lighten Up program but is highly desirable.
