MASS - Daily Living Aids

Updated MASS Daily Living Aids Procedures come into effect 1 May 2008. Refer to the equipment update summarising these changes.

Refer to the updated General Information and Daily Living Aids Sections in the MASS Statewide Prescriber Procedures Manual for specific eligibility criteria. Use the updated MASS 20 for daily living aid applications, or the new MASS 20 DLA short form (refer to the user guide). The new MASS 20 URGENT form will need to be completed if you are requesting urgent processing justification. Use the new Hoist/Sling Compatibility Checklist if different brands are requested.
