MASS 20 Prescriber Information Package has been developed to assist in completion of MASS applications. This initiative was an Action Learning Project by the University of Queensland, Division of Occupational Therapy students in partnership with MASS Clinical Advisors. Attached are flow charts and a cheat sheet that leads prescribers through the form showing hints on what is required and where the information is located.
