Prescriber's rights
- Transparency of process in the eligibility and funding decisions between MASS, the prescriber and applicant
- To have access to information on the decision making process regarding any application you have forwarded to MASS
- To be responded to in a timely and professional manner
- To lodge a compliment or a complaint
