MASS - Medical Grade Footwear

From 1 July 2008, improvements to the MASS medical grade footwear service will be implemented - the attached summary highlights the main changes to the prescriber procedures and new forms.

Refer to the  General Information and Medical Grade Footwear Sections in the MASS Statewide Prescriber Procedures Manual for specific eligibility criteria and the medical grade footwear application process flow chart.
