APPLICATION INFORMATION FOR INTERNS

Welcome to Queensland Health’s Intern Recruitment and Placement Campaign for 2010.

Applications for an intern position in Queensland open on Tuesday, 9 June 2009

Applications will be open for two weeks. Closing date for all applications is 12 midnight (AEST) Wednesday, 24 June 2009

All applications must be made through the on-line recruitment and placement program which is accessible from this page. Written applications will not be accepted. Applicants can make changes to their application on-line until the closing date.

A DVD of the Intern Information Night held on Wednesday 20th May 2009 will be distributed to the Queensland University representatives in the near future.

2010 Health Care Facilities Term Dates

The 2010 year commences on Monday, 11 January 2010 through to Sunday, 23 January 2011.

Queensland Health Interns are required to undertake a paid Intern Orientation program for five working days prior to the start of the official hospital year. In 2010 the Intern Orientation program will commence on January 4th.
