Applications for all intern positions have now closed for the 2012 intake.
However, it is important that your contact details are accurate and kept current as we may need to contact you regarding your application. To access your application please select the Intern Campaign Candidate link and use your email address and password to log in to your application to update your contact details.
Postion Status Report will show in real time how many candidates have preferenced a specific facility as their first preference.

All applicants must be eligible for provisional registration with the Medical Board of Australia (MBA). Hence, applicants should ensure that eligibility is first checked with the MBA prior to lodging an application. Please refer to the Medical Board of Australia website for further information.
Students about to graduate as medical practitioners can now go online to apply early for registration and smooth the path from study to work. Please refer to the Australasian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) for further information.

The 2012 medical year commences on Monday, 23 January 2012 through to Sunday, 20 January 2013.
Queensland Health Interns are required to undertake a paid Intern Orientation program for five working days prior to the start of the official hospital year. In 2012 the Intern Orientation program will commence on Monday, 16 January 2012.
